About the Role
As a Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be responsible for providing one-to-one nursing care in a home setting, following the plan of care, and taking direction from the clinical team under the supervision of a registered nurse. You will also adhere to all clinical and office policies while having access to 24/7 support from the Director of Nursing.
About You
Required:
- Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License.
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF).
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online).
- Valid driver's license.
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train.
