About the Role

As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) at H2 Health, you will assist in implementing individualized treatment plans to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, coordination, and daily living activities. You will deliver engaging, play-based therapy interventions under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist (OT), collaborate with families and caregivers to promote patient progress, maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, and work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for young patients.

About You

Required:

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
An active or eligible state license to practice as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA).

Preferred:

Pediatric experience is a plus, but we value passion and a commitment to patient care.
