About the Role
As a Pediatric RN at MercyOne, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care for pediatric patients. You will supervise and coordinate the nursing team, collaborate with pediatricians and families, and develop goal-oriented care plans. The position requires working nights from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., 24 hours per week, with every third weekend rotation.
About You
Required:
- Associate degree in nursing.
- Current Iowa RN license.
- BLS certification.
- Mandatory Reporter certification.
- PALS certification.
Preferred:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- No prior experience required.
