As a Pediatric Team Leader, you will enhance communication within the team, conduct weekly IDT meetings, guide new employees in hospice care, perform quarterly performance check-ins, participate in ride-along visits, maintain a small caseload, and complete comprehensive assessments of patients and families to determine hospice needs.
About You
Required:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 3 years of Hospice experience.
- Prior supervisory experience.
