Summary
Zufall Health is seeking a part-time Pediatrician to provide direct clinical care to patients at their health center in Dover, NJ.
About the Role
As a Pediatrician, you will be responsible for providing primary care to patients, including diagnostic assessments, treatment of conditions, and ensuring continuity of care. You will lead clinical support staff, participate in call coverage, assist patients in accessing community resources, and engage in clinical performance improvement activities. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with regulations and participate in community health initiatives.
About You
Required:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board-Certification in a primary care specialty.
- Current, valid license to practice medicine in New Jersey.
- BLS and ACLS Certifications.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical practice or experience providing direct patient care in an ambulatory care setting.
Preferred:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to relate well to a diverse group of patients and staff.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
- Bicultural and community health experience.
- Ability to speak both English and Spanish.
