Summary

About the Role
As a Peer Recovery Specialist, you will share your lived experiences with recovery to inspire hope and increase engagement in treatment. You will support consumers in articulating personal goals for wellness, recovery resiliency, and self-advocacy. The position includes receiving coordinated individual supervision and group supervision.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent is required.
- Must have a diagnosed mental health or substance use disorder that has impacted your life for two years or more and must identify at least one year in recovery.
- Certification as a Peer Recovery Specialist is required.
Preferred:
- Additional compensation will be considered for any new employees who speak multiple languages.
Benefits
- Starting hourly rate of $20.33, depending on experience.
