About the Role
As a Pega Lead Business Architect, you will be responsible for leveraging your knowledge of the Pega platform to guide stakeholders in implementing business solutions. Your duties will include process modeling, translating business requirements into user stories, documenting business rules, and designing user interfaces. You will also ensure adherence to best practices in requirements management and facilitate effective communication across cross-functional teams.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years of Pega business analysis experience as a Lead Business Architect.
- Experience working with Agile methodology.
- Hands-on experience with Pega, Claims finance, and SCE.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry.
- Experience in large-scale design of business solutions in Pega.
- Understanding of the end-to-end claims lifecycle from a business process standpoint.
- Experience with post-claim adjudication processes.
Preferred:
- Certified Pega Business Architect.
- Experience with process modeling and process improvement tools.
