About the Role
As an Operations Analyst at Advisor360°, you will transform raw data into operational insights, enhance efficiency through AI, build a data-driven culture, monitor and optimize performance, and drive cross-functional impact by collaborating with various teams.
About You
Required:
- 5-8 years of experience in operations, business analysis, or data analytics, preferably in a SaaS or tech-driven environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (LLMs, prompt design) and understanding of their impact on operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Solid grasp of key operational metrics and KPIs.
- Problem-solving skills and a self-starter mentality.
Preferred:
- First Principles Thinker who questions assumptions and seeks innovative solutions.
