Required:

- 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in a top tier consulting organization.
- Technical skills in change management and experience design.
- Strong communication and engagement strategy capabilities.
- Analytical skills in behavioral driver analysis and modeling.
- Experience in leadership and workforce assessment.
Preferred:
- Proven experience in building and managing relationships.
- Digital fluency and effective team leadership.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Commercial astuteness and understanding of sustainability.
