About the Role
About You
- 4+ years of experience with People Analytics tools, specifically including Visier, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Proven experience with at least one Visier implementation.
- 4+ years of experience in the HR Domain in areas such as recruiting, attrition, DE&I, compensation and benefits, performance, and/or learning and development.
- Experience utilizing Visier to deliver actionable insights.
- Experience working in Agile development frameworks.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills with both technical and business audiences.
