Loeb & Loeb LLP is seeking a People Operations (HR) Assistant to join their team in New York, NY (Hybrid). The role involves supporting an office of 350 with recruiting, events, filing, benefit projects, and other administrative responsibilities.
About the Role
As a People Operations (HR) Assistant, you will support both the People Operations (HR) and the NY Office Administration team. Your responsibilities will include assisting with recruiting by compiling job descriptions and candidate applications, posting jobs, handling communications and interview scheduling, and supporting the onboarding process. You will also help plan and execute office events, support the mid-year and annual review process, schedule meetings, maintain employee records, and assist with various projects.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 1-3 years of human resources support is required.
- Possess a very strong attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships among lawyers and staff.
Preferred:
- Experience working for a law firm or other professional services firm.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to handle a variety of projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office; HRIS experience - specifically SAP SuccessFactors is strongly preferred.
