About You
- 7-10 years of professional industry experience, with a minimum of 4 years in manufacturing and/or distribution functions.
- Deep functional expertise in supply chain operations, manufacturing operations, or related areas.
- Demonstrated track record working with C-suite executives and private equity partners.
- Excellent analytical skills, including business process mapping and quantitative analysis.
- Experience with lean, Six Sigma, TOC, and value engineering.
- Previous strategy and change management experience.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
