- Over 12 years of experience in Accounting/Finance, Financial Due Diligence, Restructuring, Investment Banking, or Private Equity.
- Experience in the role of CFO with a proven track record of delivering value to the business.
- Prior experience as CFO in Private Equity backed portfolio companies.
- CPA, CFA, MBA, or Master's Degree.
