About the Role
As a Per Diem BHT ABA, you will work 1:1 with children and youth aged 2 to 21, utilizing Applied Behavior Analytic (A.B.A.) based teaching methods and behavior intervention strategies under the supervision of a Licensed Behavior Specialist/Behavior Analyst. You will be responsible for implementing behavior intervention plans and supporting the development of skills in various settings including the Center, Community, and Home based programs.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Board Certified Autism Technician (BCAT) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA).
- Current FBI Clearance, Child Abuse Clearance, PA Criminal History Check, and Valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to pass a Pre-employment Physical and Drug Test.
