About the Role
As a Per Diem Hospice Chaplain, you will work under the supervision of the Clinical Director as part of an interdisciplinary team. Your responsibilities will include providing pastoral care, conducting spiritual assessments, developing care plans, and offering support during end-of-life situations. You will also document visits, participate in team meetings, and maintain communication with inter-faith clergy.
About You
Required:
- Master’s of Divinity Degree or equivalent in an area of theological studies.
- At least four units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE).
- Board Certified as a Chaplain or eligible for Board Certification under ACPE or CPSP.
- A minimum of two years of pastoral experience in a healthcare setting.
Preferred:
- Hospice experience.
- Ecclesiastical endorsement or Ordination in a Religious Setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse backgrounds.
