About You
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctor of Physical Therapy).
- Current, active Physical Therapy license in the State of California.
- Minimum of one (1) year clinical experience in physical therapy.
- Home health or hospice experience.
- Current CPR certification (BLS for Healthcare Providers).
