About the Role
As a Per-Diem Occupational Therapist, you will deliver skilled occupational therapy services to patients receiving hospital-level care at home. Your responsibilities include performing comprehensive evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, educating patients and caregivers, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe outcomes.
About You
Required:
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Florida.
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in acute care or hospital-based OT.
- Experience with Hospital at Home programs.
- Experience in home health or transitional care.
- Skilled in functional assessments and discharge planning.
- Familiarity with EMR documentation systems.
