About the Role
As a Per-diem Patient Care Associate, you will assist with activities of daily living such as hygiene, nutrition, and mobility. You will monitor and document vital signs, complete patient treatments, perform phlebotomy and EKGs, and ensure patient comfort and safety. Additionally, you will participate in patient care rounds and maintain BCLS certification.
About You
Required:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Ability to read and write at level 8, as documented on the hospital's Employee Learning Laboratory software.
- Good oral communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
