About the Role
As a Per Diem Pelvic Floor Trained Physical Therapist, you will develop and implement individualized patient therapy plans, conduct in-home visits, communicate with physicians and care team members, and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings. You will ensure care plans are regularly reviewed and documented accurately while adhering to agency policies and regulations.
About You
Required:
- Current Physical Therapist, PT, license in the state of Florida and in good standing.
- Specialized training/experience in pelvic floor therapy.
- Knowledge of physical therapy principles, concepts, and methodologies.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Preferred:
- Current CPR certification.
- Level 2 Background Screening.
- Recent negative TB / CXR.
