About the Role
As a Per Diem RN, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective nursing care to clients, communicating changes in patient status, and collaborating with the healthcare team. Your duties will include medication administration, wound care, and ensuring patient safety and satisfaction. You will work under the supervision of a Director of Nursing and must demonstrate empathy, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
About You
Required:
- Current Nursing license in the state of Florida.
- Possess wound care skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use electronic health records for documentation.
Preferred:
- 1 year of Home Health experience.
- Experience with WellSky/Kinnser and Oasis.
