About the Role
As a Per Diem RN, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective nursing care based on individualized Plans of Care. You will communicate changes in patient status to the care team, administer medications, provide wound care, and ensure patient safety and satisfaction. The position requires empathy, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
About You
Required:
- Current Nursing license in the state of Florida.
- Possess wound care skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use electronic health records for documentation.
Preferred:
- 1 year of Home Health experience.
- Experience with WellSky/Kinnser and Oasis.
