About the Role
As a Performance & Coaching Specialist, you will provide one-on-one coaching to attorneys, lead team meetings, review client presentations, collaborate with various departments, develop coaching programs, train new hires, monitor performance metrics, and utilize diverse coaching techniques to accommodate different learning styles.

Required:
- Strong performance coaching and motivational leadership skills.
- Experience in training development and delivery.
Preferred:
- Ability to build a growth-oriented, high-accountability culture.
- Familiarity with conversion metrics and performance tracking.
