About the Role
About You
- 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, performance analytics, business analytics, or operational analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) is a plus.
- Exposure to retail, hospitality, QSR, CPG, or multi-location businesses.
- Experience with plan vs. actual reporting, variance analysis, and basic forecasting.
- Ability to clearly communicate insights to non-finance stakeholders.
