About the Role
As a Performance Improvement Coordinator RN, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the Quality Improvement (Q.I.) Program, conducting monthly reviews of issues lists, instructing facility staff on Q.I. methods, maintaining records, chairing committees, and monitoring compliance with Q.I. plans. You will also assist in formulating action plans to address identified problems and ensure adherence to applicable guidelines and laws.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of a registered nurse program.
- Registered Nurse licensure.
- One (1) year experience as a Coordinator in a long term care facility.
Preferred:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Current certification as a Coordinator.
