About the Role
As a Performance Improvement Operations Consulting Manager, you will be responsible for identifying business improvement opportunities, developing solutions, managing initiatives, and executing processes. Your tasks will include conducting operational assessments, developing internal controls, leading continuous process improvement initiatives, and delivering training to Project Champions.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a relevant degree.
- Minimum of five (5) years of manufacturing operations and/or consulting experience.
Preferred:
- Advanced Degree: MBA, Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Extensive operations consulting experience, with a focus on driving large-scale performance improvements.
- Proficiency in PowerBI and other advanced analytical tools.
