About You
- 5–7+ years of experience in performance media sales.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with a self-serve advertising platform.
- Strong understanding of performance advertising, the mobile and app market, and the digital advertising ecosystem.
- Proven strategic selling experience with performance advertisers and advertising agencies.
- Experience building and managing relationships with both direct clients and agencies.
- Ability to think strategically about complex issues and convert them into actionable plans.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a track record of driving shared success.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (in-person, video, and phone).
- Experience creating and delivering presentations; knowledge of Keynote is preferred.
- Advanced analytical skills with in-depth knowledge of Excel for data analysis and performance reporting.
- High attention to detail and ability to quickly identify trends and performance issues.
- Professional, positive, and resilient attitude with the ability to work across multiple time zones.
