Toptal is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to join their fully remote team. The role focuses on scaling Performance Marketing by optimizing paid media and managing aspects of Toptal's global SEM, paid social, and OLV.
About the Role
As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will maximize paid media revenue, contribute to marketing strategy development, identify growth opportunities, assist in building forecasts, and manage day-to-day operations including campaign strategy and execution. You will collaborate with various teams to generate actionable insights and ensure the effectiveness of performance marketing experiments.
About You
Required:
Bachelor's degree required.
2-4 years of experience in paid media, specifically paid social and OLV, as well as familiarity with SEM.
Expertise with annual Paid Media budgets in excess of $1M/yr.
Demonstrated experience growing revenue at scale via performance marketing, preferably within a B2B technology or services company.
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred:
Experience with A/B testing strategies.
Experience presenting to large teams and executives.
Innate curiosity and willingness to learn, and an obsession with growth performance.
