About the Role
As a Perfusionist, you will be responsible for managing patient parameters during procedures, operating various perfusion devices, and assisting in research and education. You will also share on-call responsibilities and participate in the daily operations of the department.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree and completion of an accredited school of perfusion.
- Eligibility to take the certification examination of the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion or currently a CCP in good standing.
- Three months of on-the-job experience to become proficient with various perfusion techniques.
Preferred:
- Certification as a Clinical Perfusionist (CCPERF).
- One year of on-the-job training to become proficient with protocols unique to CCF.
