About the Role
As a Periodic Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will assist individuals with goal completion, provide support with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), safely transport individuals, engage in community integration activities, and maintain documentation in electronic health records. You will also advocate for individual rights, ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, and uphold professional boundaries in all interactions.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid driver's license in good standing.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must successfully complete all background checks.
- Must successfully complete health screening (TB screening).
