Perioperative Control Desk Liaison / Charge RN - OR , Operating Room

Orlando Health is seeking a Perioperative Control Desk Liaison / Charge RN to join their team in Orlando, FL. The role involves coordinating all OR-related activities with the surgery schedule to ensure timely and efficient completion of surgery patient procedures.

As a Perioperative Control Desk Liaison, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and communication with surgeons, anesthesia, and team members. You will maintain open lines of communication throughout the shift, collaborate with nursing staff to ensure competency levels, and coordinate patient care with various departments. Additionally, you will schedule after-hours cases, orient new clinical team members, and act as a resource person for technical questions.
