About the Role
As the Chief of Gastroenterology, you will design and build a cutting-edge GI program, create a dynamic academic division, develop advanced GI services, recruit and inspire a multidisciplinary team, provide expert consultation on complex GI cases, drive collaboration across specialties, manage referral volumes, and engage with underserved communities.
About You
Required:
- Board Certification in Gastroenterology (MANDATORY)
- Active and unrestricted New Jersey state medical license or willingness to obtain it
Preferred:
- Hands-on experience in leadership roles such as Chief or Medical Director
- History of malpractice or licensing issues considered, with limitations
