Personal Banker - Lee and Nutley

PNC is seeking a Personal Banker to join their Retail Bank organization in Fairfax, Virginia. The role focuses on acquiring and deepening the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.

As a Personal Banker, you will manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing, drive proactive sales conversations, create customer loyalty, and manage risk through adherence to policies and procedures. You will engage with customers in the lobby, educate them on financial transactions, and collaborate with ecosystem partners to enhance customer relationships.
