As a Personal Banker, you will manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing, drive proactive sales conversations, and create customer loyalty through a differentiated experience. You will also manage risk by adhering to policies and procedures while participating in branch operations.
About You
Required:
- Associates degree or equivalent experience in banking or finance.
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
Preferred:
- Strong knowledge of banking products and services.
- Experience in proactive sales and customer service.
