About the Role

As a Personal Financial Counselor, you will be responsible for delivering a full range of personal financial counseling services, including one-on-one counseling, conducting briefings, and providing educational materials. You will coordinate and facilitate financial management classes and workshops, respond to requests for age-appropriate seminars, and utilize virtual counseling methods. Additionally, you will manage duty to warn situations and communicate with leadership regarding trends and issues.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree required, or an associate degree plus 4 years' experience, or a high school diploma plus 6 years' experience.
3+ years of financial counseling experience.
Must be a U.S. citizen and speak fluent English.
Must have one of the following certifications: Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), or Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC).

Preferred:

Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Ability to obtain a favorably adjudicated Tier 2 investigation.
