About the Role
As a Personal Injury Associate Attorney, you will manage a caseload of personal injury cases from inception to resolution, including premise liability and bodily injury. Your responsibilities will include conducting client interviews, drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court. You will collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys and legal staff, ensuring a comprehensive approach to case handling while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of personal injury law.
About You
Required:
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
- Must be licensed to practice law in the state.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury law, including plaintiff personal injury, premise liability, and bodily injury.
- Proven track record of success in personal injury litigation, including trial experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining high-quality work.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- High ethical standards and professional integrity.
- Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred:
- Experience with high-profile personal injury cases.
- Familiarity with various legal software and tools.
