- Minimum of 3+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience.
- Proven track record of successful jury trials and high-value settlements.
- Exceptional legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a client-first mindset.
