About the Role
As a Personal Injury Attorney, you will be responsible for managing a high-volume docket from intake through resolution, conducting depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials, negotiating settlements, and litigating large cases. You will collaborate with the firm's founder on strategy and business development while delivering outstanding client service and identifying areas for operational efficiency.
About You
Required:
- JD from an accredited law school and active license to practice in Maryland.
- At least 5 years of experience in personal injury litigation.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume caseloads.
- Courtroom and trial experience required.
Preferred:
- Additional licenses in PA, VA, or DC.
- Experience with workers compensation.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in long-term growth and partnership.
