- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
- Active license and good standing with the CA Bar.
- 5-10 years of civil litigation experience, preferably in personal injury defense.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Deposition and courtroom experience.
