About the Role
As a Personal Injury Attorney, you will handle a caseload of 30-40 personal injury cases, serving as the lead attorney through all stages of litigation, from filing to trial. Your responsibilities will include developing case strategies, drafting legal documents, taking and defending depositions, conducting settlement negotiations, and maintaining client communication. You will also supervise paralegal and support staff activities and collaborate with the trial team during trials.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 3 years in plaintiff personal injury litigation.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership with the California State Bar in good standing.
- Proven ability to manage and resolve high-value cases independently.
- Strong legal research, analytical, and drafting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Client-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
- High ethical standards and a commitment to professional integrity.
