About the Role
As a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney, you will represent the interests of injury victims and their families throughout Virginia. Your responsibilities will include handling legal claims and lawsuits from investigation through resolution, including discovery, depositions, motions, negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and trial.
About You
Required:
- Juris Doctor required.
- Must be a licensed Attorney able to practice in VA.
- At least 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience.
- Experience in handling all aspects of the litigation process from intake through trial preparation.
- 1st Chair experience is required.
Preferred:
- Experience with Case Management Software.
- High level of attention to detail in writing; proofreading or editing skill set is a plus.
