About the Role
As a Personal Injury Paralegal, you will draft, review, and file legal documents, conduct legal research, manage case files, coordinate with clients and witnesses, assist attorneys in preparing litigation materials, and provide support during trials. You will ensure compliance with legal standards and maintain an organized document management system.
About You
Required:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal.
- Proficiency in e-filing and document management systems.
- Solid knowledge of personal injury law and legal procedures.
- Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
- Experience in drafting legal documents and providing litigation support.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred:
- A degree in paralegal studies or a related field.
