About the Role
As a High Net Worth Personal Lines Producer, you will be responsible for building a strong pipeline of potential clients through proactive prospecting, presenting customized insurance solutions, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. You will also review policy renewals for cross-sell opportunities and stay informed on market trends and regulations affecting insurance needs.
About You
Required:
- Valid Property and Casualty License
- 5 years of experience in personal lines sales
- Strong understanding of homeowners and personal auto coverage
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication and listening skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a team environment
Preferred:
- Developing knowledge of personal insurance markets
- Experience with AMS 360
- Knowledge and experience with Mercury Insurance
