About the Role
As a Personal Lines Property and Casualty Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing personal lines insurance policies such as home, auto, and umbrella insurance. Your daily tasks will include providing exceptional customer service, assessing client needs, collaborating with insurance carriers, and identifying opportunities for account rounding and cross-selling.
About You
Required:
- Strong understanding of insurance products, coverages, and services.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in agency management software (Applied Epic).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred:
- 3 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance as an account manager.
- Valid Massachusetts Property and Casualty License.
