About the Role
As a Personal Lines Senior Client Manager, you will evaluate exposures and renewal quotes, review upcoming renewals, make coverage recommendations, and utilize comparative rater tools to obtain quotes. You will also be responsible for transacting agency billing, obtaining signed binding documents, and ensuring accuracy in contract reviews. The majority of your time will be spent on these primary activities, while also maintaining accurate account details and processing renewals and endorsements.
About You
Required:
3+ years of experience in Personal Property & Casualty insurance with a comprehensive understanding of insurance coverages.
Must hold a state Property & Casualty insurance license.
Proficient in Excel, Word, and other MS Office products.
Preferred:
Experience with agency management systems and carrier sites.
Ability to understand new technology platforms quickly.
Strong customer service skills and ability to maintain effective relationships.
