JCC Greater Boston is seeking a Personal Trainer to join their Fitness Team in Newton, MA. The role involves supporting members throughout their fitness journey and creating classes/programs for a diverse member base.
About the Role
As a Personal Trainer, you will provide consultation and instruction to members, manage the fitness floor, conduct fitness center orientations, develop exercise programs, maintain client records, and promote JCC programs. You will also assist in the development and implementation of new programs and classes while representing the JCC in a positive manner.
About You
Required:
- Nationally accredited training certification (NASM, NSCA, ACSM, ACE) and CPR/AED Certification.
- Degree in a fitness related field, and 1-3+ years experience in the health and fitness industry.
Preferred:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage situations effectively.
