As a Personalization & Engagement Product Manager, you will define and execute personalization and engagement strategies, manage targeted campaigns, and collaborate with various teams to enhance user experiences. Your responsibilities include using analytics to measure campaign impact and optimizing performance across digital products.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years in product management, preferably in personalization, engagement, or behavioral campaigns.
- Experience with cross-channel digital products (web, app, dashboards).
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with experimentation and data-driven decisions.
- Experience collaborating with platform/engineering teams to implement personalization solutions.
- Ability to navigate a matrix organization and collaborate effectively across multiple PMs.
