Summary
Saransh Inc is seeking a Senior Java Production Support Engineer to join their team in Austin, TX. The role involves providing support in a 24/7 production environment for critical projects in the Capital Market/Wealth Management domain.
About the Role
As a Senior Java Production Support Engineer, you will be responsible for debugging production issues, managing application support, and ensuring the smooth operation of technology applications. Your tasks will include real-time troubleshooting, performing root cause analysis, and managing change implementations. You will also work with monitoring tools, handle deployments, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes.
About You
Required:
- 8+ years of experience in Application and Production Support.
- Experience in .JAVA Application Support and debugging production issues.
- Knowledge of SQL and experience writing DDLs and DMLs.
- Strong communication skills and experience with deployment tools like Bitbucket and Bamboo.
Preferred:
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk and App Dynamics.
- Knowledge of ITSM framework and batch monitoring tools like Control-M.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and remedy ticketing systems.
- Industry relevant certifications.
