About the Role
As a PFS Reconciliation Assistant, you will be responsible for batching incoming wires and lockboxes, identifying and researching discrepancies, logging balanced batches, and tracking their timely return. You will also assist in monitoring clearing accounts, reconciling refund checks, and resolving departmental issues related to remits. The position requires independent action within departmental policies and practices.
About You
Required:
- Proficient knowledge of PC, Internet, and software applications.
- Critical thinking and math skills.
- One to two years of general Patient Accounting experience.
Preferred:
- Good knowledge of research methods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
