About the Role
As a PFS Specialist II, you will be responsible for resolving all unpaid claims including Commercial Insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid claims. You will provide back-up coverage to billing staff and ensure timely resolution of issues related to claims. Your daily tasks will include editing and preparing Medicaid claims, assisting with billing for Behavioral Health facilities, and supporting contract management underpayment appeals.
About You
Required:
- High School Graduate or equivalent.
- 2-3 years previous hospital business office experience related to the filing and collection of Commercial and Medicaid claims.
