- At least 15+ years of experience working in the area of Pharma manufacturing.
- Experience working for at least one large US-based Pharma Manufacturer.
- Experience with the implementation of Manufacturing systems (MES) on leading industry solutions.
- Strong industry standing and proven experience with building and curating solutions.
- Strong relationship and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written, oral, and verbal communication skills.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree from a leading college.
- Demonstrated strong personal communication and executive presence.
